  • Deputy Sheriff Kevin Sherwood died in an automobile crash near US-127 Clare, Michigan. He was investigating a vehicle that was traveling the wrong way at around 1 am. The vehicle he was searching for is the vehicle that collided with his patrol car. Kevin and the driver of the other vehicle both died in that accident.
