Thomas Collins at US-31 Charlevoix, Michigan

Thomas Collins was 64 years old when he lost his life after his car left the road and struck a tree. The police were called at around 2 am and found Thomas’s 99 model Plymouth minivan struck at the tree. He was not wearing his seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
