Norbert F. Frantz at US Hwy 27 Winchester, Indiana

Norbert F. Frantz was 75 years old when he lost his life in an accident that happened at the intersection of State Road 227 and Greenville Pike. The initial report says that 22-year-old Dalton S. Hensley was driving his 2011 Chevy Silverado when he failed to yield the right of way to a southbound vehicle. His car collided with the front of Frantz’s vehicle which came to rest facing northwest in the intersection. Frantz was pronounced dead at the scene while Hensley received treatment from EMS.
