  • Payton M. Boucher was 17 years old when he lost his life in an accident that happened at State Road 218 in Warren, Indiana. According to the investigation report, the emergency crews were called to the scene at about 7:30 am. Payton was traveling north on the county road when he ran the stop sign at State Road 218. He collided with a semi-trailer. The trailer dragged his vehicle several hundred feet before coming to a stop. Payton was pinned in his vehicle before it burst into flames. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of a semi-trailer was not injured.
