Valerie Waters at Co Road 605 Vero Beach, Florida

Valerie Waters was 52 years old when she lost her life in a hit-and-run case that happened near the intersection of Old Dixie Highway and 12th Street. Valerie was riding her bike just before midnight on Dec 22 when a driver hit her and fled the scene. She died days later in the hospital on Dec. 27, 2015.
