Luiz Felipak, Rita Felipak and Giorgia died on US-618 Toll Tampa, Florida

In a tragic collision, three family members of the same family lost their lives when their car was hit from the back side by a Kia Optima driven by Amber Perera. The accident happened around 4 pm near the expressway’s West Euclid Avenue exit.

Images show that Perera was driving at a speed of 121 km/h when she hit her car with the car of Felipak. The force of the crash was so strong that Felipak’s car across the grassy media and into the westbound lanes, where it collided with a Jeep and ultimately caught fire. The entire family was pronounced dead at the scene.
