Kayla Shoemaker & Michael Sobin lost their lives in a terrible road accident that happened at the intersection of Palm Bay Road Northeast and Riviera Drive Northeast. Kayla (20) and Michael (27) were walking when they were hit by a 2006 model van Chevrolet Express driven by Mark Willis Brown. The police report says that Mark was driving under the influence and he did not know that he killed 2 people by his car. He says he thinks that a tree hit his car. He was taken into custody and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of manslaughter.
