Xiomara Permenter at FL-9 Deerfield Beach, Florida

Xiomara Permenter was just 16 years old when she died in a terrible road accident that happened on Interstate 95 in Deerfield Beach. The accident happened just before 8 am in the northbound lanes when a driver lost control of his Mazda and struck several construction warning barrels and ultimately slammed into a Mitsubishi Galant that was parked on the shoulder. The Galant burst into flames, causing the driver, Xiomara, to lose her life. The driver of the Mazda was taken out and transported to Broward Health Medical Center, where his condition was not disclosed.
