  • Benjamin Mitton (41) & Nichole Gough (43) lost their lives in a terrible road accident that happened on Colorado Highway 9 near Blue River. The crash happened when a drunken driver (Lindsey Leigh Ward) was driving southbound, crossed the dividing lane, and entered on Northbound lane. She hit the oncoming car causing the affected car to flip multiple times. Both persons Benjamin & Nichole in the car were ejected and they both died at the scene.
