This Official Connecticut CT Roadside Memorial Registry page will allow you to register, plot, pin point and pay tribute to your loved one(s) Roadside Memorial for the State of Connecticut. The regulation, rules, laws, policy, procedures and or guidelines etc. information provided below for the Connecticut CT State Roadside Memorials is ever changing and we will do our best to maintain this information for you. If you have new or updated regulation information that we have not posted, please let us know HERE.
We could not find anything much in the way of Connecticut CT Roadside Memorial Laws, Rules, Policy, Code, Regulations or Producers. The reason why may be that there isn’t any that are well published or written info law or published at all. Anything written up about Connecticut CT Roadside Memorials being allowed or not allowed or legal or illegal is much at all and is most likely buried in a CT DOT PDF somewhere.
Basically Connecticut does NOT allow Roadside Memorials and removes them. Now they do not drive around all day long looking for the Roadside Memorials so that they can be taken down. But seems like if they are seen/are causing an issue visually or safety concerns then you may have an issue. So if you are on the State of Connecticut and build a Roadside Memorial on the roadside, there is a chance that it may be taken down. As far as we know the state of Connecticut does NOT have any kind of Roadside Memorial Sign Program or any kind of time allowance to erect your own private Roadside memorial in the state of Connecticut. Sorry folks.
