  • The fatal collision occurred on Monday morning in DeWitt Township at the intersection where Business U.S. 127 meets Stoll Road. According to the DeWitt Township Police Department, the accident happened when a 64-year-old driver traveling in the opposite direction attempted to make a turn directly in front of Ferguson’s oncoming vehicle.
