Hoffman G. Kennach at US State Road 5 Shipshewana, Indiana

Hoffman G. Kennach was 45 years old when he lost his life in an automobile accident near Shipshewana, Indiana. Hoffman was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban when his car skidded sideways and hit a pickup truck. Hoffman was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown out of his car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
